SYNOPSIS
A ridge of high pressure is extending from the Northeast toward the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
Variable winds 4-12 knots. In places along the coast in the morning NE winds 6-14, toward the Strait of Otranto up to 18 knots, rapidly diminishing. Sea 1-2, in the South Adriatic in the morning 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic gradual cloud increase and a risk of light scattered rain late in the day. A little warmer.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Fine or fair with a risk of a little rain in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. Light variable winds, along the coast mainly light NE. Sea calm or smooth.
