A deep low centered over the Ligurian Sea is slowly shifting partly across the Adriatic eastwards.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SW winds 15-30, diminishing in the morning to 10-20, then turning to SE, through the night up to 24 knots. Elsewhere NW, along the coast NE winds, 5-15, turning rapidly to SE and strengthening to 10-20, during the night up to 24 knots. Sea 4-5, calming in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic to 2-3, during the day elsewhere as well to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with occasional rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the morning, in the rest of the Adriatic during the night.
