A deep low centered over the Ligurian Sea is slowly shifting partly across the Adriatic eastwards.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE winds strengthening to 10-20, during the night up to 24, turning in the North Adriatic tomorrow before the morning, then in a part of the Central, to NW 10-20, in places along the coast to NE 5-15 knots. Tomorrow morning in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE winds turning to SW and strengthening to 15-30 knots. Visibility 10-20 km. Sea 2-3, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Variably cloudy with a little rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the north and south of the Adriatic. Variably cloudy with rain, showers and thunder, in the wider area of Rijeka with a little risk of snow. Moderate, in places up to strong SE, turning in the North, in the morning in a part of the Central Adriatic, to moderate and fresh NW, in places along the coast to moderate NE winds. In the morning in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE winds turning to strong, in places up to near gale force SW. Sea slight and moderate, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to rough in the morning.
