SYNOPSIS

A field of a little raised air pressure has briefly intensified, while a trough still lies over the South Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 4-10, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 16, diminishing and dying away in the afternoon, and turning in the North Adriatic in the morning to SW and SE winds 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Fine or fair, in the southern part of the Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of rain, in the afternoon of isolated rain showers and thunder. No significant change in air temperatures.

Variably cloudy. Light, in the northern part of the Adriatic up to moderate, SE and SW winds. Sea smooth, in the northern part increasing up to slight.
