SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northwest, while a low over the Ionian Sea is gradually filling up.

NE winds 14-28, in the North and in the extreme south of the Adriatic this morning 16-36, diminishing in a part of the South and Central Adriatic toward the end of the day and during the night to 8-18 knots. Sea 3-4, in the North and in the extreme south of the Adriatic in the morning 4-5, calming in a part of the South and Central Adriatic late in the day and during the night to 2-3. Visibility 20-30 km. In the North Adriatic mostly clear, elsewhere fine or fair. Daily air temperatures warming up a little.
