SE and E winds 8-18, in the open sea SE up to 24 knots. West of Istria NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 22 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Fair or mainly cloudy with a risk of scattered rain in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
