A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the north.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Along the coast NE winds 6-14 knots. In the open sea NW winds 6-12, in the Central and South Adriatic 12-22 knots, diminishing till the end of the day. Sea 2-3, in the open of the Central and South Adriatic 3-4, gradually calming during the night. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear with some cloud in places. A little warmer.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear. Along the coast light, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to moderate NE winds. In the open sea light, in the South Adriatic at first up to moderate NW winds, diminishing in the morning. Sea smooth, in the open of the South Adriatic slight.
