A ridge of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic from the North.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Along the coast NE, in the open sea NW winds 6-16, in the South and in the greater part of the Central Adriatic 12-26 knots, at night in a part of the Central Adriatic gradually diminishing to 6-16 knots. Westwards of Istria SE and SW winds 6-16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 20-30 km. Mostly clear.

Mostly clear. In the morning light to moderate, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic locally strong NE, diminishing and midday turning to light SW, in the South Adriatic moderate NW winds. Sea smooth, in the South, in the morning also in a part of the Central Adriatic slight, locally also moderate. No change in air temperatures or a little lower ones.
