A broad field of high pressure keeps a settled weather over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE and NW winds 5-15, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 22, diminishing during the day to 4-12, in the open sea of the South Adriatic up to 18 knots. West of Istria SE and SW winds 5-10 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South Adriatic 3-4, diminishing to 1-2, in the South Adriatic 2-3. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear, but moderate cloud increase is expected in the North Adriatic in the afternoon.

Light, mainly NW and NE, only in the South Adriatic NW winds still up to moderate, and in the North Adriatic mainly light SE and SW winds. Sea smooth, only in the South Adriatic still up to slight. Fine or fair.
