SYNOPSIS
A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
In the Central and South Adriatic calm, or NE winds, 4-12 knots, during the day S und SW winds, 6-16 knots, at the end of the day wholly diminishing. In the North Adriatic in the forenoon NE winds, 6-16 knots, in the Velebit Channel locally up to 20, in the afternoon W and NW winds, 4-14 knots. Sea 1-2, just in places 3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, at the end of the day in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic increase of cloudiness.

Light SW, in the North Adriatic NW winds, during the night calm, or light, in the North Adriatic moderate, in the Velebit Channel fresh NE winds. Sea smooth, just in places of the North Adriatic slight. Mostly clear, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate cloudiness.
