LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. ALONG THE COAST THIS MORNING AND AGAIN DURING THE NIGHT A VERY LITTLE RISK OF GUSTS OF NE WINDS 30-40 KNOTS.

SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure from the west is extending over the Adriatic, while a trough with frontal disturbance is slowly shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-16, in the South and Central Adriatic up to 20 knots. This morning and again late in the day along the coast NE winds 6-16, in places possibly up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.

Variably cloudy with isolated rain showers and thunder. Light to moderate NE, only in places along the coast possibly up to fresh. In the open sea light to fresh NW winds. Sea smooth or slight.
