A field of a little lowered air pressure is staying over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly NW and W winds 5-15, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 18 knots. At night calm or NW and NE winds 4-12 while in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic NE wind up to knots. Sea 2-3, at night mainly 1-2, except in the extreme south of the Adriatic where will remain 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear and hot, in places along the coast moderate increase of daily cloudiness.
