Light isolated thunderstorms in places, mainly in the Central and South Adriatic. At night in the Velebit Channel a risk of gusts of NE wind 35-40 knots.
SYNOPSIS
A shallow low over the Tyrrhenian sea is slowly shifting towards the south-east and is spreading its trough towards the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE, in the afternoon also E winds 6-14 knots, in places up to 18 knots, diminishing towards the end of the day. In the North Adriatic wind of variable direction 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open briefly 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km, in places reduced to 4-10 km due to mist. Variably cloudy, in places showers with thunder and fresher. In the North Adriatic mostly clear, only midday with more intense cloud increase there is a risk of a brief shower in places.
