IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC, AT NIGHT ALSO ELSEWHERE A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT AND MORNING LOCAL GUSTS OF SE WINDS 35-45 KNOTS.

SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a low is expected to generate over the central Mediterranean and to shift tomorrow across the Tyrrhenian Sea southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 8-16, in places late in the day up to 20 knots. Sea increasing to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to 2-4 km due to mist. Cloud increase with rain, firstly in the North, till the end of the day in a part of the Central Adriatic as well. No significant change in air temperatures.

Moderate to strong SE winds. Sea slight and moderate. Variably to mostly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.
