SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure from the European land is intensifying over the Adriatic, while a shallow field of low pressure over the central Mediterranean is gradually filling up.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 8-16, in the North Adriatic and in the extreme south of the Adriatic 12-24, and in the Velebit Channel up to 30 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel and in the open of the extreme south of the Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 20-30 km. Clear skies. No significant change in air temperatures.
