A low centred over the Tyrrhenian Sea is slowly shifting eastwards.

NW, locally along the coast and in the North Adriatic NE winds 8-18 knots, in the South Adriatic intensifying to 12-26 knots. In the extreme south of the Adriatic SE wind intensifying to 12-28 knots. Towards the end of the day in the Velebit Channel NE wind 12-22 knots. Sea 2-3, in the South Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. In the South Adriatic mostly cloudy with rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. Elsewhere fine to fair.
