A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds gradually strengthening to 6-16 knots. Along the coast this morning still calm or NE winds 4-10 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing toward the end of the day to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic this morning possibly to less than 1 km due to fog. Mostly clear, in places fine or fair. No significant change in air temperatures.

Mostly clear with some clouds in places, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic with mist or fog. Light to moderate, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic in the second part of the night up to fresh NW winds. Sea smooth or slight.
