SYNOPSIS

A low centred over the Ligurian Sea is shifting partly across the Adriatic southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 8-16, in the open of the South Adriatic up to 20 knots. Along the west Istrian coast NE winds 6-12 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably or mainly cloudy with rain in places.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain. In the North and Central Adriatic light to moderate NE and NW winds, in the South Adriatic light to moderate, in the extreme south up to fresh SE and SW winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the extreme south up to moderate. Air temperatures a little higher in the Central and South, and with no significant change in the North Adriatic.
