SYNOPSIS

A trough with frontal system is shifting across the Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 12-28, gradually easing to 10-22 knots. In the North Adriatic late in the day and in the open of the Central and South Adriatic during the night, SE winds expected to turn SW 10-22 knots. Sea 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with rain in places. No significant change in air temperatures.

Variably cloudy with scattered rain, mainly along the coast of the North and South Adriatic. Moderate to fresh, only in places up to strong SE, in the North Adriatic and in the open sea SW winds. Sea slight and moderate. No significant change in air temperatures.
