A new trough is expected to approach from the west and a low to enter into the Adriatic.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW, in the places of the North Adriatic SW winds, 6-16, gradually dying away. During the night brief SE winds 6-16, turning in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic to NE and NW, elsewhere to SW winds, 8-18 knots. Sea calming to 1-2, but increasing during the night to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to 4-10 km due to mist. Mostly clear, but new cloud increase expected during the night, bringing rain, showers and thunder in the North Adriatic.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. Partial clearing in the North Adriatic during the forenoon. Light to fresh NW, along the coast NE, and in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SW winds. NW winds spreading in the morning from the North and a part of the Central to the rest of the Adriatic and strengthening to moderate and strong, toward the open up to near gale force. Sea increasing to slight and moderate.
