IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSHOWERS IN PLACES.SYNOPSIS
A ridge of the Mediterranean high is extending from the south over the Adriatic, while north of the Adriatic a trough with frontal system is shifting slowly eastwards.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE wind 10-18 knots, towards the open sea of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 22 knots, diminishing till late of the day and in northern part turning to NE wind. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Fair to mostly cloudy, in places rain, shower and thunder, mainly in the North Adriatic.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to strong NE wind, towards the open sea of northern Dalmatia strong NW wind. Elsewhere light to moderate SE and SW winds. Sea smooth to slight, in the North Adriatic and in the open sea of northern Dalmatia moderate. A little lower air temperatures.
