A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the European north.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW and W winds 6-16, during the night and tomorrow morning 4-12, turning along the coast to NE, only in the Velebit Channel up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open of the South Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Fine or fair, but in places along the coast in the afternoon moderate increase of daily cloudiness and a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
