A trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 6-14, in the North, in the afternoon in a part of the Central Adriatic as well, turning to NE 15-25 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers with thunder. No significant change in air temperatures.

Moderate to fresh NE, in the open of the South Adriatic moderate SW, turning to NW winds. Sea smooth or slight. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic partial clearing, elsewhere variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers with thunder.
