A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC IN THE AFTERNOON.
SYNOPSIS
A ridge of high pressure has intensified over the Adriatic from the west, while a trough with front is slowly shifting from the South Adriatic eastwards.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
Mainly NW and NE winds 4-14, in places at first and in the Velebit Channel during the night, NE up to 18 knots. Sea 2-3, during the night 1-2. Visibility 20 km. Variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the South Adriatic in the afternoon.
