SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, but it is expected to weaken gradually late in the day and a trough to approach from the northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE and NW winds 6-16, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 22, gradually easing and turning around midday to SW and NW winds 4-12 knots. Sea calming to 1-2, in the South Adriatic to 2-3. Visibility above 20 km. Clear skies.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light to moderate SE winds is expected, firstly in the North Adriatic. Sea smooth, in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night up to slight. Mostly clear.
