A deep trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.

SE winds 6-16, strengthening to 14-26 knots and turning in the North Adriatic in the afternoon and in the Central in the evening to SW and NW winds. Sea 2-3, increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear. In the North Adriatic gradual cloud increase, in the afternoon elsewhere as well, bringing rain in places. In the North Adriatic in the afternoon and in the Central in the evening, a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder. Cooler.
