SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure is intensifying slowly over the Adriatic while eastwards a small quantity of wet and unstable air is still circulating in the heights.

NW wind 6-16, locally in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 20 knots, diminishing slowly late in the day and at night. In the North Adriatic SW and NW winds 4-10 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North Adriatic 1-2. Visibility more than 20 km. Mostly clear while in the afternoon locally along the coast with variable cloudiness there is a low risk of a shower with thunder.
