SYNOPSIS

A shallow trough with frontal system is shifting across the North Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 8-16 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places less than 10 km due to mist. Fine or fair, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with light scattered rain, in the northern part with brief isolated rain showers and thunder and a little cooler.
