A ridge of high pressure extends over the Adriatic, but a high level low still retains south of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-14, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 20 knots. Along the coast of the North Adriatic NE winds 8-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 22 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear with some passing variable cloudiness.

Mostly clear. Light to moderate, in the Velebit Channel up to fresh NE winds, easing in the morning. Toward the open sea light to moderate NW winds. Sea smooth or slight.
