SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure extends over the Adriatic and a high level low lies south of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 4-14, in the South Adriatic up to 18 knots, easing later on. In the extreme south of the Adriatic during the night NE winds 8-18 knots. Sea mainly 1-2, in the South Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but along the coast still a chance of isolated thundery rain showers in the afternoon.
