A ridge of high is spreading from the west over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Along the coast NE wind 12-24, diminishing to 6-16 knots, first in northern Adriatic. In the open NW wind 6-16, in the South and Central Adriatic up to 26 knots, late in the day and at night diminishing a little. Sea 2-3, locally in the open 4. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear, still in the beginning along the coast of the South Adriatic a risk of rain showers and thunder.

Mostly clear. Along the coast light to moderate NE, diminishing towards midday. In the open light, in the South and Central Adriatic moderate to fresh NW wind diminishing to light to moderate. Sea smooth to slight, still in the beginning locally in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic moderate.
