A trough with cold front is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.

In the Central and South Adriatic mainly SE and SW winds 4-12, turning along the coast of the Central Adriatic during the night to NE 6-14, in the open to NW up to 18 knots. In the North, during the night in a part of the Central Adriatic, NE, in the open sea NW winds, 12-22, in the Velebit Channel up to 26, during the night all along the Adriatic NE winds 12-26, in the Velebit Channel up to 36 knots. Sea 1-2, in the North Adriatic 2-3, increasing during the night to 2-3, in the North Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear and hot. In the North, in the evening and during the night in the Central Adriatic, cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.
