A CHANCE OF FOG IN PLACES THIS MORNING AND AGAIN DURING THE NIGHT, MAINLY IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH ADRIATIC. A LITTLE CHANCE OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE COAST OF THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE AFTERNOON.
SYNOPSIS
A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is slowly weakening.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
Calm or NW and SW winds 4-10, in places in the afternoon NW up to 14 knots. In the North Adriatic in the second part of the night SE and SW winds 4-14 knots. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 5 km due to mist, this morning even to less than 1 km due to fog, mainly in the Central and South Adriatic. Fine or fair. In the North Adriatic in the afternoon variably cloudy with a chance of light scattered rain or brief isolated thundery rain showers, mainly along the coast. No significant change in air temperatures.
