A ridge of high pressure has intensified from the north toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly NW and N winds 6-16, gradually strengthening in the evening and during the night to 14-28 knots and turning along the coast to NE. Sea 2-3, in the evening and during the night 3-4, and in the open of the Central and South Adriatic during the night up to 5. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear, but in the South Adriatic still variably cloudy at first.
