SYNOPSIS
A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic, while a trough with warm front is slowly approaching from the western Mediterranean.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE winds gradually strengthening to 6-16, in the Central and in the North Adriatic south of Istria, up to 20 knots, mainly toward the open sea. Sea increasing to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, but in places reduced to 2-10 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with light scattered rain or drizzle, mainly in the North Adriatic and toward the open sea.

Variably cloudy with light scattered rain or drizzle, mainly in the North Adriatic and toward the open sea. In the Central and South Adriatic during the day variably cloudy with sunny spells.
