NE and N winds 12-22, in places up to 26 knots. West of Istria NE and NW winds 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4, locally in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic possibly up to 5. Visibility 10-30 km. Fine or fair and very cold, toward the open of the Central and South Adriatic with increased cloud cover and a risk of a little rain or snow.
