A ridge of high pressure from the European land has weakened a little over the Adriatic, while unstable and very cold air is circulating in high levels.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NE winds 15-25, in the Velebit Channel in the evening up to 30, easing in the Central and South Adriatic to 8-16 and turning toward the open of the South Adriatic to SE 8-16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Variably cloudy and very cold with a risk of a little rain or snow in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the evening.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Moderate to strong, in the Velebit Channel up to near gale force NE, toward the open of the South Adriatic light to moderate SE and E winds. Sea smooth or slight, locally in the North Adriatic up to moderate. Variably cloudy, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic mainly cloudy with a chance of a little rain or snow, in the open of the South Adriatic with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
