LOCAL GUSTS OF SE, IN THE NORTH, THEN IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC AS WELL, OF NE WINDS, 35-60, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 75 KNOTS. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS AND SEA UP TO 5, IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC POSSIBLY UP TO 6.
SYNOPSIS
A low over the Ligurian Sea will be shifting southeastwards.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE winds 16-32, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 40 knots, easing slowly in the afternoon. In the North, from midday in a part of the Central Adriatic as well, wind turning to NE 16-32, in the Velebit Channel up to 38 knots. Sea 4-5, in the south of the Adriatic still up to 6 in the first part of the day. Visibility 10-20 km. Overcast with rain, showers and thunder.

Moderate to strong SE, along the coast E winds as well, and in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic strong and near gale force, in the Velebit Channel up to gale force NE winds. Sea moderate and rough. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers and thunder.
