NE, toward the open N winds as well, 16-32, in places up to 38, easing in the North Adriatic toward the end of the day to 12-24, west of Istria to 4-14 knots. Sea 3-4, toward the open 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, still with some variable cloud in the South Adriatic at first.
