A trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE, along the coast E, and in the open sea and in the North Adriatic SW winds, 6-16, in the South Adriatic and in the Bay of Kvarnerić up to 20, and in the extreme south up to 26 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20, but in places at first possibly 2-4 km due to mist. Fair or mainly cloudy.

Fair or mainly cloudy. Light to moderate, in the South Adriatic and in the Bay of Kvarnerić up to fresh SE, along the coast E, and in the open sea SW winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the extreme south possibly up to moderate.
