SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is intensifying from the northwest toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 10-20, easing and turning along the west Istrian coast during the day to SW, elsewhere to NW, 8-16, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 15-25 knots. Sea 2-3, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic in the afternoon 3-4. Visibility 20-30 km. Mostly clear, in places in the morning still with some more cloud. No significant change in air temperatures.

Mostly clear. Along the coast light to moderate NE, toward the open sea light to moderate, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the evening up to fresh NW winds. Sea smooth or slight, toward the open of the South Adriatic up to moderate.
