Calm or variable winds, in the afternoon SE and SW 5-10 knots. Only in the Velebit Channel NE winds up to 20 knots, but easing rapidly. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20 km. Fine or fair, in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of rain in places.
