A low is gradually shifting from the Ligurian Sea eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 15-25, in places of the Central Adriatic up to 30 knots, easing in the Central Adriatic till the end of the day. In the North Adriatic SE and SW winds 8-16, turning toward the end of the day to NW. Sea 2-3, toward the open 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places around 5 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers and thunder. Partial clearing is expected in the North Adriatic toward the end of the day.

Partial clearing in the North and mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder in the rest of the Adriatic. In the North, in the morning along the coast of Central Adriatic as well, moderate to strong NE, toward the open of the Central Adriatic moderate NW, and in the South Adriatic light to moderate SE, turning to NW till noon. Sea smooth or slight, in the South Adriatic still up to moderate at first. Air temperatures will drop.
