LOCAL GUSTS OF SE WINDS 35-45 KNOTS, EASING IN THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC TILL THE END OF THE DAY AND IN THE SOUTH IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT. SEA TOWARD THE OPEN OF THE SOUTH ADRIATIC UP TO 5, CALMING GRADUALLY IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT. LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE NIGHT.
SYNOPSIS
A shallow depression lies over the Adriatic and the warm and unstable air is inflowing in high levels from the southwest.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE winds 12-24, in places of the South Adriatic up to 28, easing in the North, till the end of the day in the Central Adriatic as well, to 8-16 knots, and turning in places to SW. Sea 3-4, toward the open of the South Adriatic 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably and mainly cloudy and a little warmer, with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.

Mainly moderate, in the South Adriatic up to strong, SE, in places SW winds, easing in the morning and turning till noon to NW. Sea smooth or slight, in the South Adriatic up to moderate, calming gradually in the morning. Variably and mainly cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
