ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC TOWARD THE END OF THE DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT A RISK OF GUSTS OF NE, TOWARD THE OPEN SEA OF N and NW WINDS, 35-45, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT UP TO 55 KNOTS.

A shallow low with frontal disturbance is shifting across the Adriatic further southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

N and NW winds 8-18, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the afternoon still SW winds 8-18 knots. Toward the end of the day and during the night in the North, then in a part of the Central Adriatic, N and NW, along the coast NE winds, strengthening to 12-24 knots. Sea 2-3, during the night in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic still mostly clear at first.

Sea slight, in the North and in the greater part of the Central Adriatic up to moderate.
