SYNOPSIS

A field of low pressure is slowly deepening over the Adriatic, while a shallow trough is shifting north of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm at first, then SE winds 4-14, in the open of the Central in the afternoon and elsewhere during the night, up to 18 knots. Sea 1-2, in the afternoon and during the night 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Sunny and hot with some cloud in places, in the North and in the open of a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.

Light to moderate, only in places up to fresh, SE winds and sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear with some cloud in places, a little rain or isolated rain showers with thunder are possible mainly in the extreme north of the Adriatic.
