A field of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
In the North Adriatic NE winds 10-20, in the Velebit Channel up to 26 knots, easing slowly. In the rest of the Adriatic NW winds 4-14, in places up to 18, easing during the night and turning along the coast to NE 6-16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear.

Light to moderate NW, along the coast NE winds, in the Velebit Channel still up to fresh, gradually easing toward midday. Sea smooth or slight, calming toward midday. Mostly clear.
