A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a trough with frontal disturbance is approaching from the northwest.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE and SW winds 4-14, turning in the North Adriatic late in the day and during the night to NW 10-20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. In the greater part of the Adriatic mostly clear and very hot, only in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of rain and thunder, particularly in the evening when heavier rain showers are likely.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light to moderate SE, in the North, then in a part of the Central Adriatic, moderate to fresh NW winds and sea slight. In the North and in a smaller part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain and thunder, and with a risk of heavier rain showers. In the rest of the Adriatic mostly clear.
