A field of raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 4-14, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel up to 18, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 22 knots, gradually easing and turning to SW and NW winds 4-10, only in places up to 14 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South Adriatic 3-4, gradually calming. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear.

Mainly light SW and NW, in the North Adriatic during the night SE winds. Sea calm or smooth. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic during the night fair.
