A trough with cold front is shifting across the Adriatic southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW and SW winds 12-26, easing late in the day in the South and Central Adriatic to 8-18 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic at first SE winds 12-26 knots. Sea 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with rain, showers and thunder, possibly even more abundant precipitation. Partial clearing is expected late in the day, firstly in the north of the Adriatic.

Variably cloudy with a little chance of rain, mainly in the North and South Adriatic. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to strong SW winds easing a little. Elsewhere light to moderate NW winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the South and Central Adriatic calming to smooth and slight.
